The Swimming Pools

The agriturismo farmhouse has two swimming pools and is surrounded by a hectare of greenery. There is a small circular pool (5 metres in diameter) that is suitable for children. The larger pool is 15 m x 7.5 m with entry steps The pools are surrounded by a large grassy area that is partly shaded by tall trees. For each apartment there is an umbrella, sun beds and deckchairs so guests can spend an unforgettable holiday relaxing by the pool.

The Grounds

The grounds cover about a hectare over a gently hilly area. They are very well cared for and there is plenty of space to rest, relax or read.
There is a barbecue and a well equipped oven with a large veranda where you can eat outdoors or under the gazebos.
For your holiday in Umbria we offer the following sports facilities for your entertainment:

• Ping pong table;
• 5-a-side grass soccer pitch;
• Grass volleyball court;
• badmington;
• 1km jogging path along the fenced perimeter of the grounds.

There is one roofed parking space per apartment.

External Facilities

The grounds are next to The Valmarino Riding Club (which is among the biggest and best equipped riding schools in Umbria) where you can hire equipment, have riding lessons and go horse riding.

Within easy reach is the Antognolla Golf Club where you can rent equipment and take private lessons. Not far away there is also the 18 hole Perugia Golf Club .

Within 10 km there are several small lakes equipped for sport fishing.
